As we prepare for our May 18th re-opening, we’ve have been working hard to make the gym as safe as possible for your return.
1) Gym Cleaning & Sanitation Processes:
Prior to the COVID-19 outbreak, our gym
cleaning & sanitation standards were best in class. Given the current environment,
however, we will be implementing additional cleaning & sanitation protocols including
routinely disinfecting high-touch areas (door handles, counters, etc). Additionally,
multiple times per day our employees will be disinfecting all gym & cardio equipment. As
we have always provided since we opened the gym in early 2018, sanitizing gym wipes are
available to utilize before and after equipment usage. Also, we will continue to provide
hand sanitizer throughout the gym. For the time being, we will not provide
towels at the gym. Additionally, part of the State’s requirements for re-opening is that
‘wet areas be closed’. To comply with this requirement, locker room shower facilities will
be closed for the time being. Along with this, we will not offer group fitness classes and the Child Play Area is closed until further notice. Finally, Fox Fitness will go ‘Cashless’ and will not accept any cash transactions at the front desk (credit card payments will still be accepted).
2) Billing: Since we closed (March 19), Fox Fitness membership billings have been turned-off.
Once we re-open on May 18, normal monthly membership billings will resume. Your
actual monthly billing date will remain the same as it has been since you signed up. For
those Members with monthly billing dates between May 1 – 17, monthly billings will not
resume until June, however you will still have access to the club.
