Terria Nichols


Hi, my name is Terria Nichols, and I am certified Personal Trainer with over 8 years of experience.


15 years ago, I was working a successful career in the corporate world, but I was extremely unhappy with the extra 70lbs I had gained during my first pregnancy so, I decided to do something about it. Through my own fitness journey, I found a love for helping other women gain confidence inside and outside the gym, so I decided to leave the corporate world behind in 2014 and I haven’t looked back!


Today, I help women build strength and increase confidence one workout at a time. I use a variety of different training modalities including strength training, Olympic lifting, body building, functional training, mobility, yoga, HIIT, circuit training and more!


I take a holistic approach to fitness. I believe that our mind, body, and spirit need to be in alignment for us to feel our best and a healthy lifestyle is the perfect starting place.


I offer one-on-one, small group, and online coaching/training and I am genuinely excited to help you reach your fitness goals.
