WHY FOX FITNESS?
Fox Fitness is a family owned & operated Strength & Fitness facility located in Fort Worth, Texas. Our gym houses over 10,000 sq. ft. of Arsenal Strength Equipment, Cardio machines, an outdoor training area, dedicated Powerlifting stations, a cross training area, a multi-purpose training room & some of DFWs best Independent Personal Trainers.
We are a locally owned family gym that takes care our members. Every inch of our facility was meticulously planned before we ever broke ground & we continue to invest into our facility to make sure our members are provided with the best experience possible.
HOURS OF OPERATION:
STAFFED HOURS:
MONDAY-FRIDAY: 8:00 A.M - 10:00 P.M
SATURDAY: 8:00 A.M - 8:00 P.M
SUNDAY: 9:00 A.M - 6:00 P.M
MEMBERS HAVE 24/7 ACCESS
The outside turf area is only available during staffed ours between sunrise and sunset. No use is permitted after dark. Members with 24 hour access still have access to the gym outside of staffed hours, however will not access to additional amenities such as towels or drinks to the cooler.
Our facility is monitored 24/7 with cameras. No guest are allowed in the gym during unstaffed hours.
Members who violate this rule are subject to cancellation.
