My name is Candace Walton and I have been a certified personal trainer for over 10 years. I grew up playing sports from basketball, soccer, volleyball, and cross country. I am a mom, obstacle course racer junkie, and professional bodybuilder. After recovering from a serious back injury in 2010, I decided to devote myself to doing what I love, which is helping others in health and fitness.
I found bodybuilding and instantly fell in love with weight training and learning the correct macro breakdowns for different body types. I have a passion for fitness and love being in the gym every day. It is a privilege to learn and share my knowledge with others.
