Hey! My name is Matt McAndrew.
I obtained my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Exercise Physiology from Midwestern State University where I began my fitness journey training collegiate athletes as a Strength and Conditioning Coach advancing to Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Wichita Falls Wildcats.
I’ve also trained individuals through a physical therapy center. Working with a wide spectrum of individuals on different rehabilitation programs. In this setting I had the luxury of working alongside physical therapists and chiropractors to gain an immense experience dealing with corrective exercise in all populations.
Being a personal training for over 8 years, I’m well adept in programming for strength training and nutrition. I enjoy implementing different aspects into my programming. From power lifting, body building, Olympic lifting, HIIT and circuit training for my clients individual needs.
